Awards & Achievements
Having enabled the delivery of over 1200 new market and affordable homes across Yorkshire to date, we are proud to have been recognised along the way for our contributions to and achievements in the industry, including commendations from the National House Building Council and as Finalists for the Best Strategic Land Promoter and Deal of the Year Awards at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
Our projects have also made a significant contribution to the economy, through job creation and increased tax revenues, as well as having significant positive social impacts, through the provision of increased education and community leisure spending and the construction of affordable homes.
Job Creation
Our projects are estimated to have supported the employment of over 3,720 people, including 40 apprentices, graduates or trainees.
Open Space, Community Sport & Leisure Spending
Our projects are estimated to have increased spending on Open Space, Community Sport and Leisure by almost £1million, which could for example have provided fifty five-a-side football pitches.
Affordable Homes
Our projects are estimated to have provided 276 affordable homes for individuals and families in need.
Education Spending
Our projects are estimated to have generated almost £1million towards education spending, which could for example provide up to 456 classroom spaces.
Tax Revenue
Our projects are estimated to have generated in excess of £14million in tax revenue, including over £1.35milllion in additional Council Tax revenue.
