Planning Application Approved for 400 homes

Following eight years of hard work by our company, we are delighted to announce that the planning application for 400 homes, submitted by Barratt & David Wilson Homes (Yorkshire West) in respect of 37 acres of land held under Option to our company at Halifax Road, Penistone, has today been approved.
